James Dukes graduated law school in 1977. He has been an attorney and estate counselor, in good standing, since that time. He has not been sued by a client or disciplined by the bar in over 30 years of practice.  Since graduation from Loyola School of Law an integral and important part of his practice has been the handling of succession and estate problems.  He has an affinity for finding solutions to complicated succession and estate issues and a good understanding of the emotional turmoil of the heirs during this trying period.
